1. Waybill details must include: recipient information, shipment details, declared value, number of pieces, and weight. The declared value per shipment must not exceed USD 50,000. Sender information will be printed by our company; all other information must be completed in English.
2. The weight of a single piece must not exceed 30 kg, and dimensions must not exceed 120 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm. If the weight of a single piece exceeds 30 kg, the dimensions must be within 240 cm x 190 cm x 110 cm.
3. For shipments exceeding 100 kg, please notify us as early as possible to arrange space. Please contact our sales representative promptly regarding any special dimensions.
4. Charges for international shipments are based on the higher of the actual weight or the volumetric weight. Volumetric weight calculation: Length x Width x Height / 5000 (unit: cm).
